YOGA

HOT VINYASA

An intense cardiovascular yoga practice that picks up the pace to one breath-one movement, linking poses through sun salutations. We love to play, but students can rest assured that sequences are guided by the instructor. All levels are welcome and class difficulty will change depending on the levels of students in attendance.

HEATED SLOW FLOW YOGA

A slower moving flow that builds strength, balance, and flexibility evenly in the body. We move with ease, whether the movement is challenging or simple. This sense of ease allows you to accomplish “hard poses” easily and efficiently, leaving space for the mind to get calm, centered, and focused.

BUTI

This movement methodology draws from kundalini, vinyasa & tribal dance to awaken energy and move the body in ways that are not typical in yoga classes.

KUNDALINI

Kundalini teaches the techniques and awareness to stay healthy in body and in mind, boost up our energy, harness the energy of the mind and the emotions, so we can be in control of ourselves, rather than being controlled by our thoughts and feelings.

MEDITATION + SOUND

SOUND MEDITATION

Sound Meditation through the array of instruments played for you in a 60-minute session help to release energetic and emotional blockages, energize and heal the body, calm the mind into a state of inner peace. The sound dives you into a state of meditation without the overwhelming effort it takes us sometimes to quiet the mind. You will leave in a complete state of harmony.

YIN + SOUND MEDITATION

A soulful excursion into the elements, through movement and sound. The session is a collaboration between an instructor guiding you through deep gentle stretches and our sound accompanist guiding you through the the vibrations of instruments including tuning forks, gongs, bowls and more.

A VERY relaxing 1 pose class. Just lie on your back and breath and leave the rest to us. A real class that we think can change the world! Sometimes we need a nap time and at Bloom Wellness we are not ashamed to admit it. Come retreat with us and have some tea on your way out!

HIGH INTENSITY – LOW IMPACT

ADV ISOLATION + CONDITIONING

A class that targets your entire body through core and spine strengthening movements teaching you how to fully engage your body in healthy movement. This low impact class uses body weight in exercises to lift and tone. All levels are welcome, however beginners may feel challenged with some advanced movement, instructor will always provide modifications.

KETTLEBELL

KETTLEBELL CIRCUITS

A fusion of beginner, intermediate, and advanced kettlebell exercises that allow for modifications to those who are not on an advanced level but would like to explore a more challenging kettlebell practice.

KETTLEBELL FORM

A #killinit kettlebell based workout that teaches correct form while completing a circuit based workout.

KETTLEBELL + RUN

Beginning in March this series of kettlebell classes includes the element of running. The route and distances will change depending on weather and what the corresponding kettlebell workout holds in store for the session.
