Gretchen turned her love for movement into a professional career in 2006, becoming a certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Throughout her career of training clients and teaching classes, she has enhanced her career through several specializations, including pre/post natal exercise, sports specific training, and mixed martial arts conditioning. After several years of loving the kettlebell, she became certified to teach in 2016. In her down time, Gretchen can be seen walking her dogs around town trying not to look like they are walking her, or at the skate park with her two kids. She’s a regular yoga practitioner, runner, and loves to come up with creative flows using the kettlebell.
