As an alignment-based yoga instructor, I believe the foundation of a strong practice is breath + alignment. The idea is that we align physically, to align mentally, emotionally + energetically. My objective is to hold space for students to explore their practice in a safe + supportive environment. In class we play the edge between comfort + discomfort; strength + flexibility; steadiness + ease – the place where growth happens. We find balance on the mat + carry it out into the world.
